After the devastating earthquakes that hit Turkey and neighbouring country Syria, the members of the Global Hydromulching Network – a group of European businesspeople and companies that promote Hydromulching solutions in Europe and the Middle East – quickly agreed to join forces and send financial help. The sum of close to 40.000,-€ was donated to AHBAP and other organizations that are working in the area, helping those who need it most.
In the meantime, the Turkish GHN members – Karaoglu and Euro-Tec Turkey, also provided material help like containers filled with tents, blankets and other first-aid products, while colleagues from both companies volunteered to go on-site and help victims of the earthquakes.
Karaoglu who are specialized in managing large scale hydromulching and soil stabilization projects are constantly monitoring the situation and providing technical assistance related to campsites as well as to the preparation for rebuilding the affected zones.
